First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

naturally like your website but you have to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very bothersome to inform the reality nevertheless I will certainly come back again.
